That's right! After a long wait between volumes, The Cat House is back with Volume 3! We will be releasing a page every Friday until the volume ends! However, that's not all the news we have involving The Cat House! If all goes according to our plan, we are going to try to just keep releasing pages after Volume 3 is finished. We already have a good head start on volume 4 and if we are able to keep the pace, we're going to try to just keep going into volume 4 with minimal if any down time! Haven't read the last two volumes? Check them out here! Volume 1  Volume 2

Now that our trip is over, we will be back at it full pace here! If you would like to see a mild photo log of our trip, join us on Discord! We are always fairly active over at our channel there, so if communicating with the artists behind the work you like is something you like doing, come join us! We don't bite... much.

Alanna and I have also just finished putting together the official Studio Squid Ink work space! Not that all of us work here all the time since Kaho doesn't in fact live locked in our basement <.< (Or does she!?). I also often work while I'm at... well... work. However this is absolutely at least Alanna and I's primary creative space now that It's finished!  You can see a picture of the finished studio at studiosquidink.net! For now I think that covers the major updates to the studio! As always feel free to leave comments anywhere we can be followed!

Also, I've been posting alot of new artwork over on the main Studio Squid Ink NG! I would strongly recommend following us there for all the arts!

Hey everyone! So I wanted to post an update just letting everyone know how things are going with Studio Squid Ink's various projects. If your a new follower you may not know that My wife AlannaHarpsong and I have our own studio that we run with our friend Kaho. The studio has its own dedicated NG page Here and a lot of my art get posted up over there that isn't on this account due to NG not allowing the same picture to be posted in multiple places. So over at the NG page you'll find all of my artwork relating to The Cat House, our hentai manga. Also, if your new, you might not know that we are working on a visual novel based on The Cat House and progress has been good so far.

So for the updates. The Cat House Vol. 3 is almost finished! We currently have 3 pages left to do any they're already all inked and partly base colored. So that should go very quickly. We also have the script ready to storyboard for Vol. 4 and will be starting on it as soon as we finish up Vol. 3.

As for the Visual Novel. We have all of the character models inked and most of them are base colored. We are working on clothing designs, expressions, and writing currently. Alanna has been plugging away at the writing and has made amazing progress. We also now have 1 finished nude character model, and 1 fully finished, fully clothed character model. Now we still have tons of work to go, but the progress has been really good for only having 3 people working on it, all of which are working full time jobs in tandem lol.

Hey everyone! We Have some News!

So we have 2 big pieces of information that I haven't actually announced here. The first is that Studio Squid Ink has an official website! visit us at studiosquidink.net! We'll be posting art to our galleries there, we've got an RSS feed active for the blog posts (which will come far more frequently there than they do here on dA) if your into that. We also have all of our commission information updated and posted on the site here! Check it out!

The second news, is that we are making a Visual Novel! It's only in the early development stages at this point, but it is coming along nicely so far. We have been working on the assets (i.e. character models) in streams roughly once a week. Streams times will be posted on the calendar at the bottom of studiosquidink.net as often as we can plan for them. These will be in addition to the streams Alanna and I end up doing just to work on non-game related work. For streams, you can find us on picarto.tv and I usually post a stream announcement here on dA as well. The game may be in early development, but you can come follow its progress as we work on it live!

Hey there everyone!

It's been a while since I made a post I realized.  So I thought I'd give everyone an update and just say Happy New Year to all of you!

I know I haven't been very active recently, but the last two week in particular have been very slow for art due to a number of things.  While the holidays were certainly a huge drain on time, the other major slow down was Alanna's computer, which decided to die on us just before Christmas.  So we built ourselves some long overdue mid-high end gaming machines to both play games, but more importantly work more fluidly!

As far as art news.  The big project that Alanna and I have started involving The Cat House is coming along nicely.  There is still alot of work to do before we can announce what the project is, but work continues to progress.  Vol. 3 of The Cat House is also progressing, albeit slower that I would like to admit.  Once I finish off all the commissions that I have lined up, I'll be able to dedicate alot more time to both the comic and the big project.

The last thing is Social media and sites.  Since Tumblr decided to ditch any form of adult content in a completely insulting way, I've ditched it as a platform.  So below are my sites and social media!  I am going to try to start posting more works in progress on twitter and instagram this year, so provided I can manage to keep it up, follow me there (and especially twitter) to see WiP pictures!  Here are my sites!

Hey Everyone.  So I've now moved from Tumblr to NewGrounds.  I honestly didn't even know that Newgrounds had any artwork capacity beyond animation and games.  Now that I know, I will start the lengthy Process of uploading a bunch of artwork here.  I will however also be posting to the Studio Squid Ink newgrounds page (which has also just been created by myself and my wife AlannaHarpsong.)  Alot of the stuff I post here may be more centered on the Squid Ink page as we have been trying to move slightly more twoards posting there in order to get the exposure out.  So check us out here on my page or at https://studiosquidink.newgrounds.com/
